My stay at this hotel was filled with frustrations. While I appreciated the quick check-in process, several aspects of the stay were disappointing, with issues in the room and unexpected fees. It’s clear this hotel has some significant problems, especially concerning room conditions and service, which overshadowed any potential positives.

I had a mixed experience at the Paramount Hotel in New York. While the staff was attentive and checked us in smoothly, the room left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and size. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from Times Square, which is a major plus. However, the dining options were quite limited and unremarkable, making it hard to fully enjoy my stay.
